- You must Monitor and maintain the normal operation of all plants and equipment within the hotel to ensure that they are operated in a safe and efficient manner for the customers
- Drive Coordination and supervise the planned maintenance activities carried out by the contractors, builders and in-house technicians for building services, systems, and equipment in order to meet the required objectives
- Lead a team of Managers, supervisors, and technicians to deliver quality electrical support for the hotel property
- Work closely and give directions to the Managers, supervisors, and technicians on routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with support of sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Closely monitor the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible.
- Recommends and ensures all key service standards for the hotel Engineering department.
- Oversee ongoing maintenance, repair and preventative maintenance in the properties with a focus to improve efficiency, profitability and service levels.
- Carefully Monitoring energy and water management programs to ensure cost effective use of utilities.
- Check and Follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Present Lay out in detail works to the maintenance supervisor and on the job cross check daily the activity governing the personnel, process & progress tasks & works.
- Oversee weekly test operation of generator, fire protection plant and log-up as pre-arrangement shee
