Alstom Recruitment 2022 – Job Description
- Contribute to the elaboration of Sw specification & architecture, in collaboration with the Sw.architect
- Perform development of Sw modules:Perform the Sw modules detailed design & coding
- Set up the Sw development tool chain
- Prepare and perform Sw module tests and verifications of his / her deliverables
- (“Designer” tests), prior to the ones formally performed by a dedicated V&V team
- (depending on Safety Integrity Level and associated Product development organization)
- Put the Sw workproduct under configuration management according to product
- Configuration Management Plan
- Support the Sw and Sw integration, together with the integrator to Sustain of the Sw

- Provide leadership and direction to the staff of engineers within the team.
- Ensures adherence to engineering processes to provide high quality designs that meet customer s schedule and expectation, including but not limited to Agile methodologies.
- Ensure that the engineering team is focused on meeting the financial, schedule and technical requirements of the projects they are responsible for.
Alstom Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. /B.Tech/M.Tech: IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent
- IT Skills: Python, XSLT , C#,.Net
- 10+ years of experience in a software development environment
- Should have at least 5 years of experiences as technical leader and/or manager
- Fluent in English. Mobile and willing to travel between sites
- Strong in change management and able to work in a global environment
- Excellent knowledge about the state-of-the-art in software-development and testing is mandatory
- Able to work in environments with project- and product orientation
