- You will work to Reviews, releases, and administers project data to ensure accuracy, reliability and authenticity of product
- Create and track all purchase requests for subcontractors.
- Coordinate with financials and project reporting for AT colleagues upon their request.
- Also you will Audit travel requests and expenses prior to final approval.
- Participate in software system testing for enhancements and better upgrades.
- Review all proposals ensuring the correct entity is referenced as well as work on the review of pricing and contract terms.
- Initiate other credit and legal approval for all assigned projects.
- Monitor and review all the quote accepted activities in the assigned queue ensuring all documentation is attached and are accurate.
- Work on in-depth Understanding of project requirements and completing all duties that are assigned by the Supervisor.
- Shadowing senior staff members, asking them questions, and assisting wherever possible.
- Raising project concerns and making suggestions for improvement whatever appropriate.
- Work on Conducting research and traveling to sites.
- Observing and analyzing health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participating in events, meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
- Analyzing data and also writing reports according to specifications.
- Taking notes and sharing your notes and findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
- Establishing strong professional relationships with staff.
- Work on Maintaining a high degree of professionalism, management and diligence.

- Responsible for attending meetings, conducting desktop and field research, also performing all practical and administrative duties that are assigned by the supervisor, required for traveling to other sites when in need, assisting on projects, offering better suggestions for improvement, and also writing up reports.
- To be working successfully as a trainee engineer, you should always be expanding your engineering knowledge, skills and sharpening your communication skills. Outstanding candidates will also learn from their mentors, but also feel confident when sharing their own ideas with the team.

- Observing existing plans, strategies and techniques and offering better suggestions for improvement.

- Candidates who are Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, management or Laws equivalent working experience.
- Have the Knowledge and demonstrable experience with principles and processes related to project data capture and processing.
- Possess Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Have Excellent organizational skills.
- Must have Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Contain Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Must be familiar with other Microsoft programs including PowerPoint and Access.
- Should be a self-starter and can work well under pressure.
- Must be a Good Team Player.
