- You will actively Achieve defined business targets by managing a team of 5-7 Area Business Managers with an overall responsibility to generate around Rs 18 – 20 crore business annually for Cipla Business within the assigned therapy area and geography.
- Work for business achievement for respective therapy area to achieve best budget through team
- Manage external customers to ensure larger area business development through support generally aiming at developing and also implementing business growth opportunities

- Responsible to Achieve monthly,, half-yearly, and yearly Sales targets by promoting companies development of products ethically to customers as per the business plan
- Having science base discussions with doctor and chemist for the promotion of the product in the clinic and at the chemist place
- Organizing Camps as per the division strategy and customers need
- Execute the customer management plan to ensure that all the medical services required by customers are covered as per the plan.
- Lead and execute strict adherence to Code of Business conduct
- Set examples on implementation of the code of business conduct, Pharmacovigilance to ensure compliance
- Demonstrate and promote professional behavior in line with Cipla Values of Pioneering, Achieving, Caring, and Enduring
- Ensure a high level of customer service and also work to manage any difficult customer situations.

Cipla Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have 2-3 years of experience in the sales function of a pharmaceutical organization in the following areas:
- Have Injectable basket handling (Intensive care portfolio)
- Must contain Critical Care Experience is mandatory
- Have Anesthesia, I.V. Market experience
- Have one year experience in Injectables/ Nephrology / Oncology market
- Possess Customer Call average as per the customer management plan of the division or therapy.
- Have Market intelligence collection, retailer level inventory management calls as per the product profile and also marketing strategy of the therapy or division.

- You should carry two copies of the Latest Resume.
- An Aadhar Card (original and photocopy) with three passport size photographs are must.
- You need to carry any two Government Certified ID Proof like Adhar card the PAN, Voter ID, Passport.
