- The GM works for Service Operations India, is largely responsible for practice development and leading the delivery particularly in the L&A ( Life & Annuity) domain.
- You would act as the Domain expert within the L & A and retirement services space and would also be responsible for managing the team and growing the practice.

- Responsible for Overall accountability to all internal and external stakeholders across the portfolio
- Provide a Devise approach to solving complex problems and Exhibit intellectual leadership to the problem solving effort.
- Ensure deep and better understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives and drive the strategy for the same in the portfolio assigned.
- Provide daily portfolio status updates and track KPIs Metrics related to all project tasks assigned.

- Also Represent Operations by playing the main role of Operations solution architect (transition, transformation, validation of commercial models)

- Build the best solution by the way of industry best practice, knowledge building particularly in the L&A ( Life and Annuity), RS ( Retirement Services) domain
- Responsible for benchmarking cognizant against competition and work on the GAPs

- Have 14+ years of experience within the relevant domain and skill
- Have L&A Domain SME; published thought leader
- Have Minimum of 10 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill
- Have Minimum of 8 years of experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, and multi-disciplinary projects, preferable in L&A Domain
- Possess Knowledge of Insurance is required
- Must be L&A Domain expert, who has extensive exposure to working with Solutions team and has owned end-to-end RFP response process for Insurance (Life, Annuities and Retirements)
- Have the Ability to define projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Have the Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
- FLMI with Retirement and strong Annuities background required
- Have Exposure to Long term and short term disability is an advantage(Worker compensation side of the business)
