- You will Develop coverage plan as per assigned targets
- Work to Meet doctors and chemists at a predefined frequency on a daily basis to detail the selected product portfolio
- Also Undergo given training to fully understand benefits and positioning of each products to be detailed
- Work to Report on availability of products in the detailing area and also work with sales representatives in the area to ensure product availability
- You may also be required to be tasked with facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with product launches.
- Maintain weekly records and send reports including tour programs, weekly reports, expense claims, daily orders and information about competitive products and activities. KRAs:
- Work on Area Sales volume and growth, Sales vs Target performance
- You will work with No. of prescriptions from target doctors for detailed products
- Work on the Sales of detailed products from chemists in the area
- Must provide 100% coverage of target doctors and chemists achieved
- Have >90% of target call frequency achieved
- Provide Timely submission of reports
- Take and follow up Doctor/Chemist feedback (e.g. recall on core message delivery)
- Working as an Outstanding product specialist should have a keen eye for spotting market trends, with willingness to inspire clients, and also the ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Product specialists work with a team to ensure best or excellent product delivery. They have a wealth of knowledge about a product or range, and also can analyze market trends, develop sales, market price and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and also increase revenue.
