- Expertise in Providing business support to users globally and experience of doing so across different shifts.
- One year Experience of driving Major Incident Management would be an added advantage.
- Must be Experience of carrying out RCA, Knowledge management.
- Have Good understanding of service delivery processes Under the business requirements.
- Must be Graduate with 1-2 years of Work experience
- Have good Awareness of tools used for monitoring of system resources.
- Good knowledge of IT systems design including overall architecture, (API, service oriented, etc), messaging, database and underlying infrastructure
- Have Coding, debugging and troubleshooting skills
