Druva Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria


  • Have 3 years in technical customer-facing roles with at least 1 years as a Sales Engineer 
  • Have 2 years of experience in a pre-sales role working with enterprise software solutions (Backup and SaaS experience a plus) 
  • Possess good working Experience with Active Directory, SSO Tools, SCCM/Casper Deployment tools, Virtual environments (VMWare, Hyper-V), Storage Technologies (SAN/NAS) 
  • Have strong Knowledge of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Bandwidth Management), Cloud Technologies using AWS/Azure. 
  • Must be a Fast Learner in a dynamic environment with changing priorities 
  • Must be a Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize activities, and organized to meet commitments 
  • Possess Excellent presentation, communication (verbal written), and also have relationship building skills, across all levels of management including negotiations and risk abatement 
  • Have Experience with a SaaS company or demonstrable deep knowledge of SaaS practices 
  • Can Travel up to 25%
