  • Customer Success Manager is working for managing a Portfolio of HighRadius customer accounts with a Director of Finance Transformation in EMEA. CSMs should help Customers to get Value and ROI from HRC products
  • You will be Coordinating to all operational aspects of the engagement with the company customers from onboarding to a renewal phase by having continuous management and engagement with these customers .
  • This is a highly visible role and candidates should be able to understand the data points during an escalation, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with multiple teams with HRC to ensure there is a continued delivery of value to the customers. 
  • CSM has to be an advocate of the customer, clients & ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon.
  • Actively Plan and execute customer success plans to ensure better customer satisfaction and Understand solution landscape of the customer in a SAAS framework to provide solutions and address expectations
  • You will Work alongside the DFT to prepare and also drive value conversations and account governance
  • Need to Interact with the customer on a day-to-day basis and help them to build champions within the Customer organisation.
