  • This position, that is reporting to the Billing adjustments Team Leader will be responsible for creating Credit and Debit Memos to accommodate multiple corrections due to erroneous Billing. 
  • RM billing adjustments team process invoice adjustments (debits / Re-bills ) relating to any orders and transaction lines that is incorrectly billed to the customer, Other duties include research, management, verification and interaction with internal cross functional Teams to fix the issues and provide the complete customer satisfaction to internal and external customers with your excellent customer service to uphold division policies and procedures
  • The position can be challenging – it requires multitasking abilities and being flexible to change. Sound reading comprehension of emails, system skills, reliability, excellent keyboarding skills and also interpersonal ability with good oral and written communication.
  • You will Research and analyze billing-related issues such as providing daily support to internal and external customers as required based on their assigned centralized processes. 
  • Analyze billing information to provide best recommendations and data to ensure accurate translation of company contract and billing information. 
  • Work to enforce the company’s best standardization objectives while ensuring that there will be no revenue impact on the business. 
  • Assist with post-conversion cleanup, testing, analysis, auditing and remediation projects as required.

  • Comparing prices & products, services listings billed on the invoices and performing invoice adjustments in SKP. 
  • Research company’s customer billing issues and contribute to timely resolution of the same. 
  • Preparing invoices as per work execution (onsite and offsite) on a weekly/ Monthly basis & in a timely basis with high-quality levels. 
  • Assist CDE’s, BDE’s, internal stakeholders to understand the billing history, adjustments processed due to multiple reasons like quantity & price corrections, service not performed, etc.
