- Ensure reward engagement across a given set of countries to drive rich relationships with key stakeholders across local teams.
- Provide expertise, consultancy, and guidance to stakeholders as well as a willingness to learn from these stakeholders.
- Provide sustainable reward awareness and some expertise within CHRS teams, focusing on principles, governance and helping managers have more impactful conversations around reward.
- Participate in knowledge capture in Reward Programs team around local practice, legal landscape, consultation requirements, and cultural nuances of the various markets.
- Administer, track and project manage an area of focus within the team that can be used and implemented in all markets.
- Participate and support an audit of reward practices at the local level (in particular, incentives, benefits, and allowances) by partnering with regional and local leaders and building trust, empathy, and excitement around the future reward philosophy.
- Participate on the core project team for the annual pay and bonus cycle globally.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises when needed specifically where Kantar pay ranges are not available.
- Be conversant in pay ranges, bonus programs, Skale, and global recognition schemes.
- As a member of the Reward, Programs team supports all data quality and accuracy within HCM.

Kantar Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- The Senior Reward Advisor is responsible to support and partner with local HR teams across Kantar to develop an understanding of our reward strategy, enhance some local HR expertise and manager readiness.
- This role will participate on the core project teams for all annual reward cycles and will lead a global reward project to create consistency and success for the Reward Programs team.
- Collaborate with various teams including business, sales and marketing to define requirements, interfaces, implementation approaches and scalable and reusable solutions
- Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as estimation/pricing review, design review, code review, continuous integration/development (preferably Azure) and test-driven development
- Be a hands-on problem solver and lead from the front in continuously exploring new technology platforms
