- You will work on Workloads either for on-premises or in the cloud systems for remote customers
- Check, Review, Diagnose, Manage and Close all the assigned tickets within SLA
- Assist the direct team with their tickets to keep within SLA
- Manage all Ticket Escalations from the Level 1 engineers, with a view to document and train them (i.e. not have the issue occur again and not need to be escalated again)
- Be available to manage review & participate in Priority One escalations, also client change requests and incident reports
- Be available for weekly, monthly or quarterly client reviews (remote or onsite)
- Provide plans, strategies and recommendations for improvements to customer systems and networks
- Analyse tickets & find their key problems to investigate & resolve root causes
- Provide general site improvements solutions to reduce reactive tickets (scripts, forms, upgrades)
