- Responsible for configuring Oracle HCM modules as and when necessary, and should work closely with the KPMG team to ensure that all settings and workflows are created in accordance with processes that have been decided upon or agreed upon.
- Highly Responsible for In charge of doing UAT testing on HR modules (including global HR, recruiting cloud, time & labour, absence, workforce compensation, HR help desk, talent management, workforce, and planning).
- Responsible for BI Publisher/OTBI report creation, issue handling, API support, and post-go-live issue resolution for all modules.
