Meesho Recruitment 2022 – Job Description


  • As Zonal Head LAAP – LM, you’ll train and lead your own team and drive the expansion of the first mile and middle mile network for Company’s LAAP. 
  • You’ll onboard new and existing partners to do last-mile delivery and own the service and cost metrics for the first mile and middle mile operations. 
  • You’ll also manage a team of cluster managers and leads to help drive the vision of the network. 
  • You’ll continuously work towards identifying business gaps and providing recommendations for improving the processes
  • Own the onboarding and also training of new partners for first mile (including mother hub operations) for your zone
  • Track and own the performance of partners in your cluster
  • Ensure best compliance with operational processes
  • Own and drive new operational metrics end to end and achieve performance targets
  • Manage distributed team of cluster managers to drive future vision of the program
  • Drive inputs to the customers product roadmap for improving the overall ops tech
  • Drive the ops and network design implementation on ground

Meesho Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responsible to Play a pivotal role in integrating capacity planning, G&E strategies between central & clusters 
  • Develop long term interventions of the zone pertaining to ops excellence and people 
  • Collaborate with other functional teams across zones of different project workstreams, and also manage overall Cluster change management activities, execute plans and schedules associated with key deliverables and milestones of GM Structure. 
  • Guide and support Cluster managers through the process design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, and structure, stakeholder identification, alignment, better communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, also organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability. 
  • Develop project delivery strategy to provide complex business cases, supply chain network optimization & cost.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly sales and collection targets of assigned areas from existing customers within a given budget.
  • Responsible for Identification of new customers and penetrate the market.
  • Build and also maintain strong relationships with the institutions and key customer associates.
  • Understand end customer requirements, demands and provide inputs to the product development team.
  • Provide market intelligence and support information to the product development and core team for better up-gradation of the existing products.
  • Also work to Maintain proper documentation and report to the head office.


Meesho Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria


  • Have a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Have 5-6 years of experience working in the e-commerce logistics domain
  • Have an Exposure of partner onboarding and training in the first mile and mother hub operations
  • Working Experience in hiring and managing a distributed operations team
  • Have an Exposure of working in control tower and field operations will be a plus
