Mouser Electronics Recruitment 2022 – Job Description

 

• You will be working closely with the Customer Service team.
• Cooperate with Teams as well as the corporate Customer Accounts Department in Texas, USA and also regional Customer Accounts Departments to provide best customer services with the best possible solutions and support.
• Performs customer order releases and creates new account set-ups, Communicates with appropriate personnel teams regarding potential and existing problem accounts. Also work to reconcile wire payments and resolve payment discrepancies. 
• You will need to perform credit investigations and collect customer contacts through escalation of contacts.
• Performs data entry reports accurately and efficiently using various computer programs, and tracks data by word processing, spreadsheet or database commands that is required in formats material.
• You will Processes work with excellence and maintain it in a timely manner; work to meet daily productivity objectives; displays a sense of urgency while maintaining standards, quality and productivity goals
• Check and deliver Proof material entries and generates data reports as required, also reviews discrepancies in data received, requests clarification and advises supervisor of issues related to data, also sometimes performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
