- As a Resource Deployment Manager you will Team members are located worldwide, and frequently communicate and work with customers and other development/support teams to ensure the services are optimal.
- Lead Capacity Forecasting activities to support respective segment
- Review, manage and execute staffing of resource requests
- Align staffing of billable personnel, maximizing ability to achieve billable utilization targets
- Support the creation and development of a sub-capacity framework
- Maintain regular interlock with partner team to meet the growth capacity
- Ensure skills inventory, resumes and profiles of are updated and accurate in line with policy.
- Contribute to professional services knowledge base through creation of best practices and lessons learned content.

Netlink Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Optimizing resource allocation and maximizing resource utilization.
- Responsible for the end-to-end resource management to ensure smooth and effective delivery functioning.
- Maintain data on varied skillset available with the current resource pool and projected skill requirement for the future. Improve forecasting and tracking of the skill demand.
- Working with stakeholders, to understand the skills and areas for development for all assigned resources and upcoming opportunities.
- Bench Management and project ramp-up with defined timelines.
- Responsible for managing the resource pool of billable resources, their skills and competency levels and their training plans
- Managing the work requests that come into the CoE from the global team, planning and allocating project resources based on skills, product experience and availability
- Manage the supply and demand views for the current and next 90 days
- Provide resource pool, supply and demand reporting to identify shortfalls or excesses of resource and skills
Netlink Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have experience in handling a huge Business Unit with BU strength of around 2000 consultants.
- Good MS Office Skills, Ability to work independently, , able to understand and work in a diversified environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
- 10 years of experience in :- Be a Trusted Advisor to the respective Expert Services or Customer Success Stakeholder(s)
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Finance or equivalent experience
- A post-secondary qualification in business management or finance will be advantageous.
- At least 5 years experience in resource management in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in human resources and project management software.
- Experience in managing budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to be flexible with work hours/availability to support team members in other time zones.
- Demonstrated track record of being proactive and creative in problem-solving. Strong desire and follow through to make things easier for teams we are supporting.
- Positive, high-energy attitude, independent, and takes ownership of all tasks from start to finish.
