  • You will be Responsible for handling the process of end to end Recruitment cycle
  • You will source multiple profiles from various job portals like Naukri, monster, shine etc
  • Work on Initial screening and profile matching with reference to the educational qualification, experience, communication etc
  • Also Scheduling the candidate for interview like Telephonic, F2F, Skype, Google Meet, Zoom call, web Etc
  • You Will have to work Extensively on All Job Portal
  • Work on the CTC Structure state wise will be desirable
  • Work on the Strong knowledge on Excel
  • Manage and Negotiating the salary as well as notice period of desired profiles selected 
  • Take Regular Follow up with the candidates till joining
  • You will be Interacting and maintaining good rapport with the candidate
  • Also Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports

  • Responsible for End to End Recruitment. Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, Institutes – Campus hiring. Conducting & Scheduling interviews. 
  • You will be Shortlisting and Screening the profiles through the telephonic discussion to check availability, their communication skills and project experience etc. 
  • You will be Creating the profile of all the candidates who appear for the interview on workday. Also Taking care of all joining formalities, managing personal files & taking confirmation calls. 
  • Take Follow up with the offered candidates till they join the organization. 
  • You will Manage overall interview, selection, and their closing process. 
  • You will be Making experience & relieving letters. Also Update and maintain data related to employees. Keeping all employees personal records.
  • Actively Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
  • Also work on Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Work on Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Work on Creating policies and procedures.
