  • The Pricing & Commercial Manager will be working for managing, supporting and coordinating the deal structuring, data review and approval process related to regional accounts. 
  • The Pricing & Commercial Manager will also become an integral part of the sales efforts around deal management and working closely with Area VPs, Directors, Finance, legal and many other internal and external stakeholders that are involved in a potential business transaction. 
  • The Pricing & Commercial Manager will also become exposed to many disciplines within the business line and will play a critical role by managing more complex, non-standard, business opportunities.

  • Responsible to Build relationships with other functional teams within Nucleus in order to enable strong interactions for deal reviews and approvals, including active executive engagement
  • You will Manage all non-standard deals for their account or other geographical responsibility
  • You will Act as single approver, for area of responsibility, that deals fall within the approval matrix
  • You will Work with the Sales Team to optimize deals and also mitigate risks for Nucleus. Need to 
Facilitate deal reviews and other approvals by Sales and Finance by managing the strong communication and structuring of non-standard business opportunities
  • You need to Participate in any Complex Deal review process that is related to the area of responsibility. You will 
Work closely with the other field sales to implement pricing and deal packaging guidelines.

Deliver ongoing education to ensure Sales understanding and also compliance with the bid governance process
  • Deal structuring and packaging guidance to Sales, incorporating macro perspective into deal guidance in order to ensure that deals make business sense (precedent setting, pricing across segments/geographies and product family)

Performs scenario analysis, what if comparisons, analysis, NPVs & IRRs on key deal during deal structuring cycle

  • Must be Graduate (Post Graduate / MBA preferred) with a minimum of 2 years of proven pricing & commercial environment preferably in a product, company or banking industry
  • Have Experience in large national or multinational company with exposure to various financial and pricing & commercial disciplines
  • Have Prior Bid, Deal, or Pricing Management experience
  • Have good Business experience in international markets
  • Have strong working Experience working with and supporting Sales Organizations
  • Have good working Experience managing global deals and cross cultural teams

  • Must Need to be very structured and organized in his approach with ability to plan work and prioritize effectively
