• Rakuten Asia’s Data Platform Department is on the lookout for a Professional trainee who is innovative and passionate about providing quality engineering services and enjoys working in a fast paced, flexible and challenging environment.
• You will be Gathering as much information on the company profile and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
• Participating and performing in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
• Taking notes on experiences and keeping track of a log of things learned.
• Generating reports and making presentations to other staff members.
• Analyzing existing systems and suggesting new ideas for improvement.
• Bring positive energy into the company, and form long lasting professional relationships with staff.
• You should keep an accurate record of your whole work at the company and be able to pass a competency test done at the end of the program.
• To be successful as a professional trainee, you should be willing to learn more about aspects of the company that lie outside of your department.

Rakuten Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to Look into various quality assurance aspects of the given product, and provide bug-free releases
• Understanding various technology stacks of the product.
• Work on Test planning, test scenario creation, and provide quality assurance reports
• Create test automation report suite and create automation test cases
• Execute Functional testing, performance testing, volume testing and benchmark testing.
• Pushing the automated code to Jenkins for everyday services building.
• Participate in events every day, hold responsibility to check the quality of the product.
• Conducting research and assisting the Manager and Supervisor wherever possible.
• Completing fieldwork to check the products or visiting different work sites when required.
• Upholding the name of the company at all times.
• Writing a test or submitting to other form of evaluation at the end of the professional trainee program.

Rakuten Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

• Have BE/ B.Tech – Computers/ Electronics Engineering
• Carry at least 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Have a Degree in the relevant field.
• Past work experience is not necessary, but can be advantageous.
• Have A valid driver’s license for ID.
• Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
• Carry A positive attitude and a growth mindset.

Documents required:

• You should carry two copies of the Latest Resume.
• An Aadhar Card (original and photocopy) with three passport size photographs are must.
• You need to carry any two Government Certified ID Proof like Adhar card the PAN, Voter ID, Passport.
• Candidates should have all the necessary educational years certificates along with the xerox copies.
