- You will Work with stakeholders to ensure they are prepared for both internal and external audits and reviews, and ensure that issues identified in other audits or reviews are effectively managed across all programmes.
- Collaborate and Work with responsible persons and stakeholders to ensure that all committed audit actions are reviewed and completed on a timely basis.
- Understand, communicate and execute the impact of new policies, frameworks and standards on programmes.
- Conduct meetings, learn and collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate knowledge exchange.
- Assist and Support the programme management community to uplift current competency base and bring new joiners on the teams to speed up on the ways of working.

- Responsible to Implement a state-of-the-art platform to enable that customers gain a faster time to market
- Will Be recognised as trusted banking partner for business application owners and other teams who seek to make use of Cloud based infrastructure
- Assist and Provide technical design expertise to different application and delivery teams
- Introduce emerging technology and best market practices to generate and ensure that the consistent and state of the art systems are built correctly and business achieves enhanced benefits.
- Provide support to the Head of PMO, Directors and work-stream leads to identify areas of improvement and support advisory to ensure that programs follow the Bank’s
processes, governance and standards for project management and post implementation, and that these are well documented.
- Identify and finalize areas that may require escalation or additional support and provide realistic solutions of expected deliveries against committed timelines to senior management.
- Partner closely with Portfolio Review Committees on all aspects of programme delivery to identify and manage relationships between all stakeholders, and ensure good communication in line with internal communication strategy.
- Collaborate and Work with stakeholders to ensure that program activities are effectively planned and work on targets and ensure that any potential delays are effectively highlighted and managed to provide timely delivery.
- Support to Work with stakeholders to ensure that monthly program budgets and financials are effectively managed within and across programs.

Standard Chartered Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Must be BE / BTech- Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines in software design and development or with coding knowledge.
- Candidates Should have good knowledge in Cloud Technologies. Also Advantages if you have Cloud certifications.
- Have At Least good working experience with one or more general purpose programming languages like Python, Golang, etc.
- Ability to interpret and explain concepts and ideas contextually and visually.
- Must have Good technical skills, IT skills, good verbal and written communication skills with good organizational skills.
- Must possess Good problem-solving skills and team player
