- The Teleperformance IT Change Management team is searching for an energetic and passionate IT Change Management Coordinator who can manage, coordinate, and Organize their contact center Change Management process.
- This individual must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with very frequent changes and last-minute requests.
- Work with Multi-tasking, strong coordination skills, and also exceptional communications skills are a must for this job role.
- Change Management Coordinators also work to provide a highly visible interface between IT (Engineers, Developers, etc.) and other business groups (Client Services, Operations, Workforce Management, Facilities, etc.)
- You will work for all levels of management over those groups in order to understand and also facilitate both internal and client-required changes to their production environment.
