  • The Teleperformance IT Change Management team is searching for an energetic and passionate IT Change Management Coordinator who can manage, coordinate, and Organize their contact center Change Management process.
  • This individual must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with very frequent changes and last-minute requests. 
  • Work with Multi-tasking, strong coordination skills, and also exceptional communications skills are a must for this job role.
  • Change Management Coordinators also work to provide a highly visible interface between IT (Engineers, Developers, etc.) and other business groups (Client Services, Operations, Workforce Management, Facilities, etc.) 
  • You will work for all levels of management over those groups in order to understand and also facilitate both internal and client-required changes to their production environment. 
  • Actively Reporting to the Manager of Incident & Change Management, and Change Management Coordinators will also be responsible for strong communication and coordination between these various resources to ensure changes are evaluated, documented, correct and appropriately approved within their defined timeframes. 
  • You will be working for a daily CAB (Change Advisory Board) Review call and will also assist in maintaining all business documentation used in supporting and managing the change management process including the Configuration Management Database.

  • Actively Develop project strategies and new strategic plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training. 
  • Apply well structured methodology and lead all change management activities.
  • Apply a change management process and various tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support the design, development, and management of communications. 
  • Conduct various impact analyses, assess change readiness and also work to identify key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and company’s stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of Digital Transformation.
