- You will be required to Greet the customer, gather information on the presenting complaint and also the history of the presenting complaint and other medical history
- You will Perform the eye examinations as per the defined and given 20 step framework to effectively diagnose the condition
- Work to Undertake detailed counselling of the customers on the diagnosed refractory condition and also recommend the best refractory solution
- You will Guide the customers in the selection of frames, lenses, etc. that is best suited for the condition diagnosed
- Also Undertake the pre & post fitting QC for the lenses to ensure that the product is as per the standards
- Required to Guide the customers on the usage for contact lenses, lenses, disposables, etc. to ensure that customer is acquainted on proper usage
- Work to Undertake re-examination of the customers presenting with issues on prescribed product and recommend and provide modified solutions as per the requirement
- Drive monthly sales of the contact lenses, powered sunglasses, etc. by introducing the Most appropriate products to the customers as per the requirements
- Educate the customers on their benefits, promotions, offers, etc. to ensure sales conversion
- Work to Prepare and provide periodic MIS incorporating contact lens, powered sunglasses, lens, QC reports, etc. as per the prescribed guidelines

Titan Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Dispenses accurate prescriptions and fits spectacles, also contact lenses and other optical aids.
- Refraction, and Customer Consultation. Work to Communicate with patients to get detailed case histories.
- Examine the patients to detect signs of injury, disease, abnormality or also vision defects.
- Being aware of signs and symptoms of general health.
- Perform refraction and diagnosis to meet customers needs. Give advice to patients on: lens types, and styling; frames, fit contact lenses and care; use of low vision aids, adjustments and repairs to spectacles.
- Manage inventory of lenses and range of optical products and also give inputs on orders of the same.
- Ensures best quality of eye measurements. Regularly audits fitments and dispensing techniques of Opticians and also maintains reports. This role is the point of escalation for Opticians for cases which require higher consultation.
Titan Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Must have B.Sc. Or Diploma in Optometrist with 3-4 post qualification years experience
- Having Relevant Exposure with a strong acumen to processes and also managing the store and staff would be desirable.
- Candidate must be qualified in Optometry/ Ophthalmic Assistant(Diploma or Degree)
- Candidates Only experienced will be considered.
