  • Work on Analyzing  and determining all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedules for processes and developing with creativity and maintaining all packing orders effectively across india.
  • Should Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of the packaging departments and maintain records of all physical samples and prepare documents for the same to check the monthly bill .
  • He should be working in the packaging domain and accountable for strategic thinking, creativity, inter department management & co-ordination and ensure creative new & existing packaging with concerned products to launch in the market as per Company guideline and policy.
  • He should also analyze -suggest ideas to the packaging material -media/substrate basis on the market trend & requirements. Day to day work  On a regular basis to interact with Sales staff & trade for feedback and analysis. 
  • Travel and trace the data. As & when needed he/she should visit the market and take the feedback and update all the information to Concern departments with the required observations.
  • Support and Develop a team environment in the department and resolve all packing issues in coordination with the concerned department.
  • Closely Coordinate with plant manager and execute and evaluate all projects and recommend different ways to reduce cost and improve quality of all processes and provide necessary training and counseling to employees as per requirement.
