- You will Design, develop and maintain software verification deliverables for the system of Interest.
- Analyze SW Functional Requirements and derive SW test design.
- Create Develop and maintain test specifications based on the derived test design
- Work on Review SW test design and develop SW tests.
- Check and Perform SW test execution according to defined SW test plans and prioritizations by the software verification manager.
- Direct and have Ability to understand verification plans and requirements.
- Responsible to Follow the process and guidelines of embedded software verification.
- Support and Assist the Software verification leader in performing various verification activities based on project needs.
- Collaborate and Support in technical communication team to stakeholders regarding questions of requirements & verification.
- Work daily in cross functional and regular meetings with Product Platforms and Product Owners/System Owners.
- Actively connected to involved with deliveries like Platform, Requirements, SW Development Teams, test feedback, etc.
- Connect to Support in communication to internal and external stakeholders (CPMs, Product Owners, SW leads & TnPO )
Volvo Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Must have Bachelor/ Master degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech)
- Have Deep knowledge in ECU software verification, System testing, verification tools, and test environments
- Must be Proficient & knowledge of automotive communication protocols CAN, J1939, UDS, etc
- Must be Proficient and Knowledge on Vehicle Architecture, ECUs, ECU Diagnostics.
- Good Experience in tools/ LabView/ Test Stand or similar tools in automotive ( CANoe, CANalyzer)
- Good experience in User interface E2E testing. Like the instrument cluster, the Infotainment system
- Preferably knowledge and experience of creating automated tests for Android App UI, Appium with robot framework, or similar to trigger UI elements, evaluate images.
- In-depth Knowledge of Software/ Hardware concepts, Control systems & testing
- Good Hands-on experience in HiL test rigs environments.
- Must have Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & on Testing Life Cycle
- Having Knowledge of GIT, JIRA, etc.
- In-depth Knowledge of CAPL & Python.
- Must have Excellent skill in spoken and written English
