- You will Source profiles through Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Employee Referrals, Job portals etc. extensively and efficiently
- Work on End to End Recruitment activities including Sourcing, Screening, Testing, Short listing candidates for assigned requirements, Interview coordination, Selection, salary negotiations, Job location, Offer Management and initiating On Boarding Process.
- You will Utilize the hiring channels optimally to maintain a best healthy mix.
