  • You will Source profiles through Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Employee Referrals, Job portals etc. extensively and efficiently  
  • Work on End to End Recruitment activities including Sourcing, Screening, Testing, Short listing candidates for assigned requirements, Interview coordination, Selection, salary negotiations, Job location, Offer Management and initiating On Boarding Process.
  • You will Utilize the hiring channels optimally to maintain a best healthy mix. 
  • You will have Special focus on low cost hiring channels to maintain good CPH (cost per hire) as required.
  • Understand the client or management requirements and accordingly build a pipeline of profiles for evaluations.
  • Take Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates requirements or needs are met.
  • You will be Ensuring control and compliance mechanism on all recruitment or hiring related activities
  • Manage the travel arrangements for outstation selected candidates, which include transportation (air/rail/car), Guest House or Hotel arrangement and also movement of the household items.

  • You will be responsible for Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and network 
  • Working on Head Hunting strategies to leverage talent from different portals and media and maximizing use of each portal
  • Managing priorities and creating detailed and effective job descriptions
  • You must Ensuring on-boarding on a monthly basis as per targets
  • Also Review and understand technical job requirements
  • Coordinating interviews with all the hiring manager
