- You will Partner closely with the International Marketing team to ensure global alignment and also adapt programs for regional variances.
- Proactively identify different opportunities for continuous marketing innovation and incremental business growth potential. Also work to Develop business cases, gain endorsement, and execute.
- Partner with other Creative or digital agency to design and implement digital banner ads and landing pages (via Unbounce and Marketo) in alignment with the company’s Client’s brand and style guide. Continuously conduct A/B testing to optimize program performance.

- You will Design and execute digital marketing programs or theories that are in alignment with overall global campaigns and brand strategy – including but not limited to paid inorganic search, paid social, programmatic display ads, and retargeting.
- Work on Google AdWords and other AdWords campaigns setup and execution. Work with an Expert in Google Adwords Editor.
- Align with SEO, Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure the right set of multiple keywords for paid search.
- Develop and optimize company’s AdGroup, AdCopy, landing pages, and content writing offers to drive high quality clicks and conversions.
- Lead ABM-like paid social programs with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter and other platforms by using target account lists generated from propensity and intent data, repeat visitors to our clients website, and other sources. Digital surrounds these accounts based on job titles and other filters, along with the right messaging and offers.
- Lead weekly digital agency meetings to review all progress against quarterly goals.
- You will Make strategic and tactical adjustments to media buys based on performance or shifting priorities.
- Report digital marketing performance on a weekly basis against KPIs – including CPLs, lead quality, conversion, and overall effectiveness of marketing spend – by leveraging tools or dashboards such as Google Analytics, DataStudio, Salesforce and Looker.

- Have the Ability to write effective ad copies and optimize through A/B testing.
- Candidates Must be able to use various tools to find the competitor strategy and competitive keywords.
- Person will be responsible for bid management and optimization of PPC campaigns to agreed campaign or profitability targets.
- Must have experience in on page or off page SEO, content writing,SMM social media optimization, and email for optimizing conversion path.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of experience working as a digital marketer.
- Prior experience managing third-party digital agencies.
