- Responsible for Conceptualize, design, management & institutionalize new LM process design to meet new business requirements.
- Evaluate company’s current process capabilities to identify gaps and work on improvement areas to enhance business metrics (Breach, Customer Experience, Cost).
- Responsible for the Implementation of new process designs for Xpressbees Last mile to standardize the operations across nations.
- Initiate multiple projects to optimize for cost & improve efficiency of Last Mile
- Execute day to day operation process roadblocks by collaborating with other cross functional teams involving Tech, Product, Operations, Analytics
- Collaboratively Work with stakeholders (Operations) to understand the pain areas and build solutions across businesses.
- Check and drive Institutionalize Kaizen, 5S & Visual Management
- Implement process improvement idea and solutions disciplines to increase quality and improve delivery and also create sustainable measurement and daily management systems to ensure best continued success
Xpressbees Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have a B.tech (Mechanical/Industrial)
- Have 1-2 yrs exp across Last Mile or First Mile / Mother hub operations.
- Possess good Understanding of last Mile operations. Route optimization, planning & network design
- Should be proficient in data analytics (knowledge on python, & lama soft or any other network designing tool would be an added advantage).
- Having Excellent Excel skills is a must.
- Possess Excellent problem-solving skills. And Should be able to think on the go, bring new ideas and deploy
- Candidates Should be able work under dynamic environment and should be ready to go that extra mile
- Must be Self-motivated and should be able to drive projects independently with minimal supervision
