Lenovo Future Leader Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, design and implement sales training for new services, services portfolio, services lifecycle
- Develop and implement collateral used by sales and development team to help services sales in a customer situation
- Create and lead company’s Services Summits around the global
- Work with HW teams for inclusion of services in sales collaterals
- Responsible to Update and maintain the Sales Enablement POR
- You will Be the single point of contact for Region sales enablement leads
- Work with the company’s Portfolio, Category, and Sales teams to define sales enablement deliverables and project plans
- Develop and implement sales tools to shorten and simplify the sales cycle
- Define and lead many regular forum for sales to ensure they are prepared to sell and to listen to feedback on what is needed
- Response to Project Manager all aspects of assign projects
- You will Direct and manage project development from beginning to end of the full life cycle of the project

Lenovo Future Leader Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Must have the Ability to work directly with senior management and stakeholders to clearly define project scope, goals, time-lines, resources and key project deliverables
- Have Expert knowledge and experience with a Project Management Tool including critical path scheduling, loading and leveling, time reporting, earned value analysis
- The recruitment process is open for MBA graduates (batch 2021 & 2022) of eligible institutes
- Candidates having specializations are Sales & Marketing, Strategy, General Management
- Have Work Experience: 0-2 years (including pre-MBA experience)
- Company Date of Joining: July 2022
- The candidates will need to submit a 3-minute video explaining the strategy used in the business simulation round Submission Format: MP4
- The candidates are also requested to upload their videos a few hours before the deadline to avoid high traffic closer to the deadline
- This is also an elimination round, so be careful while uploading the video.
