- Candidates must be fully committed to supporting the stake-holders and core business objectives and goals of Walmart by obtaining best value for money for the organization.
- You will have to work as an interface with various stakeholders from business to fulfill their security roles and requirements from time to time depending on the business needs.
- Also manage end to end security business operations of a building where you lead the security team to maintain the high level of standards of the premises security.
- You will also have the responsibility of maintaining Security vendor relationships to ensure best service levels are met as agreed in the AMC contracts.
- You must have sound knowledge of budgeting for the security expenses and also scrutinizing the invoices raised by the Security vendors by auditing the rendered services and if there are any discrepancies, you would work with vendors to rectify abnormalities as per the agreed terms and conditions signed by Walmart contract.

- Responsible To carry out constant liaison with the local police, intelligence and also other security agencies to get the National & Global security updates..
- You will attend regional meetings and other Security meetings and events at the WM Global Tech India buildings and seminars.
- Maintain liaison with other local Security organizations and also security managers of other Multinational companies in the region to understand best practices.
- Company’s ideal candidate is an energetic, self-motivated individual focused on solving issues and corporate security problems who can take on the above stated responsibilities.
- The person must be a responsive team player who can proactively contribute at an individual level.

Walmart Globe Tech Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have an Experience of minimum 8-11Years in a mid-level leadership in any uniformed services Para-military or Armed Forces (Army Air-Force, Navy & Coast Guard) preferably
- Have an Experience of minimum 2 -5 yrs. in corporate /Public sector Security management
- Must be Graduate in Science preferred
- Have an Experience in managing multiple 3rd party security vendors to execute the routine security operations in Corp/MNC company in a Campus/ Exclusive / Multi-tenanted building, also good liaison with law enforcing agencies & fire dept at Bangalore, preferred.
- Have Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal & written communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels within the organization, preferred.
- Have In-depth knowledge of corporate security audits & security budgeting, preferred.
- Have Proficiency in the use of MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
