- Responsible for Partnering with local and remote peers including HR Partners, Talent Acquisition team, Eaton University and HR Services team and working collaboratively to resolve any relevant issues.

- Support and execute comprehensive retention strategies and methodologies through progressive HR practices, tools and market analysis
- Employee Satisfaction Surveys and Encourage maximum participation, guide and coach managers to analyze results, action planning, and also implementation of action to drive inclusive and engaging culture for company’s employees.

Eaton Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have a Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Human resources, psychology or business administration
- Have a 6-7 years of HR generalist experience
- Candidates must be working in MNC/ Matrix organization required
- Have a 3+ years of HRBP experience preferred
- Must have an Experience with Engineering and /or Software Industry will be an added advantage
- Have Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft office tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have the Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders independently
- Possess Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Have the Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively navigate and influence sensitive situations
- Have Effective analytical and prioritization skills
- Must be Accountable and action-oriented; ability to drive change and business results
- Possess Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills across all organization levels
