- You will Lead plant performance monitoring on different key parameters and recommend corrective action to the engineers
- Also Ensure adherence to set technical standards, HSE standards and guidelines.
- Provide better technical support for Engineering, procurement, shutdown, construction, management and commissioning.
- Must Lead generation and implementation of PIOs
- Also Lead risk assessment of MOCs and provide business mitigation to minimize the risk.
- Maintain Coordination with Licensors / catalyst vendors or Experts to resolve technical issues.
- Provide better recommendations on feedstock / chemical / catalyst selection based on past experience and work on performance monitoring
- Lead value software or mechanical engineering in all new projects and capital intensive schemes for utilizing existing unused assets and to bring down the budget or cost.
- Recommend and lead revamp studies including trial and test runs
- Review test and validate process engineering work carried out by Engineers
- Support better operation in budgeting and budget control (yields,, to develop/propose solutions for services improvements; to lead the technology input into greater benchmarks and the execution of corrective actions.
- Drive research projects and also scaling up of bench scale research to commercial trials,
- Lead multiple activities related to providing accurate inputs for planning model APO/PIMS to optimizing overall gross margins.
