Aakash Institute Recruitment 2022 – Job Description


  • You will Create a marketing and mobilization plan for achieving all admissions targets. 
  • Work on Supervision and consolidation of the entire company effort and the work done by the BD or Admission team. 
  • Formulate Admission or Enrolment Plan and execute it in a line with the assigned targets. 
  • Maintain Effective execution of Admission and Enrolment Plan of the Academy. 
  • Act as mentor, support and motivator to the Admission Team. 
  • You will Develop periodic reporting templates for company’s business development along with the template for reporting to the senior management and also submit reports thereof. 
  • Hold and drive periodic meetings with the business development team and suggest required changes based on developments reported. 
  • Arrange meetings to develop a database of potential students for follow up. 
  • Arrange Academy visits and do presentations about latest and existing courses and the Academy and guide counselors in mobilizing visitors with the intent to convert visits into admissions. 
  • Develop detailed understanding about products of assigned territory and identify clusters for potential students. 
  • Work in collaboration with NGOs/Community leaders or Educational institutes/Govt. departments/etc. to reach out to students. 
  • Identify best potential students during mobilization and establish or maintain strong relationships with them. 
  • Support the counselor in taking all necessary calls and maintain records of all incoming calls in a given format. 
  • Keep yourself and the BD Team updated on the courses run by the Academy as also the changes in the courses from time to time. 
  • Maintain a database of parents or guardian / prospective students visiting Academy with students information as to their educational qualification, profession and annual income in the given format. 
  • Must have in-depth understanding of the Student Admission or Enrolment Process in the education sector.

  • Responsible for achieving designated targets.
  • Generate databases from Schools and other sources.
  • Conduct Meeting with Principals, Coordinators and management Personnel of schools for better Business generation.
  • Execute multiple marketing activities within the assigned region.
