- Working on Owning the digital acquisition piece for HOAD in-house brands, across all channels like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google, etc and be responsible for cost and performance targets.
- Determine areas of opportunity, and execute experiments, and also present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing strategies and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and their retention.
- Also Working closely to build strong Partnerships for cross brand activities.
- Work closely with the Product and Design team to create the growth strategy.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO and SEM on-platform and off-platform, social media, video, display, influencer and programmatic campaigns.
- You will map consumer decision journey for all relevant categories and brands with inputs from Consumer
- Identify trends and insights, and also optimize spend and work on performance based on the insights.
- Support every product launch and animation with relevant digital campaigns & promotions.
- Plan and control of the digital budget across all sub-allocations
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and also assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
