- You will be End to End responsible for IT operations ensuring key KPIs (e.g. Critical Service Levels, Key Measures) are upheld and act as escalation point for other operations issues
- You will Act as ETRM functional and technical expertise that Maintain in-depth knowledge of the applications, business, processes, information, and data associated with the portfolio specially Trade life cycle
- Work on Operation review including analyses of current ETRM service portfolio in supporting business processes (business value and costs), and work on the identification of common characteristics to drive rationalization and also simplification of the portfolio
- Strongly Partnering with the Business Leads and IT product managers to co-create IT operations roadmap, new business scope and prioritize backlog, customer needs , periodic reviews of IT Solution, management dependencies etc.
- Actively participate and support in all IT operations governance meetings.
- Drive the compliance and work on audit activities for the applications in the landscape.
- Responsible for Managing the supplier relationships for IT operations and their inputs into the Roadmap
