- As a Qualifies suppliers you need to work according to company standards & management of approved supplier list per purchasing control
- Work to Initiate and drives SCAPAs/NCR to Supplier not performing and adhering to company standards
- You need to Evaluate supplier performance on a periodic basis & also work to take necessary action for continuous improvement .
- Work to Ensure that suppliers deliver quality parts, and services.
- Work to Prepare plan for supplier process qualification and also work on validation through IQ, OQ & PQ methodology
- You Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and also work to communicate and resolve supplier-related problems as they occur.
- Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that all designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met.
- Collaborates with a cross functional team to manage Approved Supplier List coordination, all Supplier Owned Quality deployment, PFMEA and Control Plans for legacy products.
- Participate with cross-functional teams to review all DHF files & technical files, identify gaps & drive remediation
- Assist in the creation of verification and also validation plans, protocol and reports. Oversee testing and other analysis for standards and product requirements compliance.
- Ensure successful transfer of new or existing products to production facilities by assisting in the development of process validation using appropriate statistical tools and techniques.
- Work on Any additional activities relevant to job profile may get assigned.

- Have a. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technical Discipline required and Minimum of 2 years of quality systems experience. And have an Experience in supplier management & DHF remediation is mandatory.
- Have Working knowledge of and auditing experience to the FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO 13485, and the Medical Device Directive
- Possess Good verbal and written communication skills including protocol and also report development and technical presentations
- Have strong Knowledge of Risk Management standard – ISO 14971
- Have the Ability to comprehend principles of engineering, physiology and medical device use
- Have Previous customer-facing and/or project management experience is a plus
- Have Previous experience working with global team
- Comfortable working with international and also multicultural departments and groups in different time zones .
- Must have Good understanding of problem solving , MSA ,Quality tools and methodologies
- Must be Accurate and delivers quality work, with a sense of urgency.
