  • You will be working to carry out analysis and creative workshops in the context of organization change.
  • You will be identifying optimization potential and managing all the implementation of consulting modules in the conception and implementation phase. 
  • In addition, you will also be responsible for creating offers and customer presentations in better acquisition and project phases as well as promoting the future development of Atos Consulting elements and methods in other organizational change management and organizational development.

Atos Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for Strategic planning for change. This will also include developing a case for change and agreeing the future state; 
  • You will be evaluating the client’s readiness for change. For example, building a change strategy for an airline and using rich media to communicate the vision and journey. 
  • Work on Mobilizing and driving new adoption of technologies. This will include establishing a new change network; engaging senior sponsors in advocacy for the development ; managing stakeholder resistance and delivering communications and engagement strategies and plans. 
  • For example: Crafting a company-wide campaign for a multiple sector client that enables its people to embrace emerging business technologies. 
  • You will be Delivering change. This will include identifying, addressing, and also rectifying issues related to user adoption of technology. 
  • For example, designing implementing and delivering an end user training and learning program for both private or public sector department to ensure the ability and knowledge to adopt the new technology 
  • Work on Organizational Design. This will include supporting the alignment of structures, developing roles and responsibilities and workforce planning.


Atos Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria


  • Have a Masters or Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area. 
  • Have Experience of working in a consulting role or in roles specifically supporting or managing change. 
  • Have Experience of working in cross-cultural projects and teams.
  • Have Experience of collaboration tools and digital platforms (such as the MS O365 suite, SAP and Salesforce). 
  • Must have Professional leadership of teams, result orientation and a high degree of customer orientation are just as characteristic for you as the ability to work in a team, motivation, and enthusiasm. 
  • Have the Ability and willingness to rapidly develop skills, also operating in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Possess Proven Change Management Skills (ADKAR, Lewin and Kotter are familiar to you, including application of development , management tools such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, or setting up a network) 
  • Possess Excellent social skills and have the ability to work with all levels in organizations in Business and IT independent from cultures. Natural organization sensitivity or have the understanding of organizational politics. 
  • Carry Demonstrable Business Consultancy Skills (Project Management, or Familiar with working in Agile environments such as DevOps, SAFe, scrum etc.)
