- You will Take end to end Ownership of Application Support for Production Systems resolution, monitoring, system deployments, and associated certification testing, in consonance to mandated process/specifications requirements.
- Responsible for providing the first-line of deployment technical support for applications and associated production systems diagnostics, to network health monitoring.
- Responsible for Coordination and for deploying hands-on fixes and software updates at the application level, and also as appropriate at the network level that including installing and upgrading applications, and also configuring systems and applications
- Monitor and track incident tickets, through service desk and other channels, and research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system that application issues, in a timely manner, while ensuring service level requisites are met and exceeded on the better side

- Must have 4+ years overall IT experience with at least 2+ years experience in application middleware administration in technologies related to the web (Java, Tomcat, Apache, Unix etc.)
- Experience in supporting external customer serving websites
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint, JIRA and understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile methodology
- Have Well-developed analytical troubleshooting, problem resolution skills, including the ability to analyze complex situations.

- Must have good knowledge in any of the scripting languages like Python, and Perl
