- As a Software Quality Engineer you should be strong on Testing processes and standards. The candidate will be responsible for leading the projects from quality organization, standards, developing test strategy to ensure the timely delivery with high quality.
- The Quality Assurance engineer works as part of a larger project team with the business partners and software technology teams to ensure that test strategy includes both functional and non-functional requirements.
- The engineer will work with other professional quality engineers to probe on methodology, correctness, management and effectiveness of the test executed and guide the technology teams and business partners.
- The Engineer should have a proven automation experience which will help him to apply automation best practices and should be having good experience working on Agile Scrum and Kanban methodology

- You will Test current products and identifying deficiencies
- Suggest better solutions to identified product problems
- Investigate product status and quality in order to make improvements to achieve better results in customer satisfaction
- Plan, create and manage overall Quality Planning strategy
- Collaborate with the other Product Development team to ensure efficiency and consistent project execution
- Identify quality assurance process and bottleneck, suggest actions for the improvement
- Oversee quality improvement projects
- Collect quality data and make reports
- Identify company’s key KPIs for product quality
- Prepare and track reports and metrics to Senior Management.
Ameriprise Financial Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Possess Strong communication/quantitative and analytical/programming and problem-solving skills
- Have BE/ B.Tech from a reputed institute
- Must be Highly motivated self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have 0-2 years’ experience in application development in SQL and business intelligence.
- Have the Ability to work effectively in a team environment Understanding in RDBMS/SQL databases.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science or related technical field or any equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
- 2 years software development experience – with emphasis in quality assurance testing methodologies or business systems analysis.
- In depth Knowledge of Performance testing concepts and having hands on experience in tools like Jmeter, Loadrunner etc will be an added advantage.
- Have Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be Skilled knowledge in testing concepts, tools and methodologies working in a highly regulated environment/industry.
- Have Excellent problem-solving skills.
