- You will Work together with the Unit Manager and extended management team to provide all input for the direction and vision of HNA IT, the Department and Unit. Will also Contribute ideas and formulate the plan details on execution of Division, Department and the Unit strategy.
- Manage the design of program, development, implementation, and ongoing support for the iN New Foundation Program.
- Build and support a high performing IT team composed of associate and contingent staff members. Work on associate development and long-term capability by teaching, driving, coaching, and mentoring, integrated with consistent and also effective individual performance management.
- For contingent staff, you will provide consistent and effective direction and check governance for work techniques and work products. Also Ensure Team is motivated, proactive, engaged and inspired to achieve goals and objectives.
- Achieve the department objectives and goals for the Connected Product Delivery Team as approved annually that including schedule, budget and quality commitments
- RePresent issues, recommendations, advise solutions, etc. to diverse audiences including other members of senior management, Business Unit, teams, business partners, etc.
- Define and implement the processes and work on methodologies to enable robust delivery and operation of complex, also provide large-scale consumer-facing applications in a multi-partner ecosystem.

- In this role, you will also be responsible to lead the project team in alignment with the department, divisional, and the business unit objectives.
- The Senior Project Manager will provide full governance and oversight of end-to-end delivery, resource development and management, administrative direction, and leadership guidance and support for members of the team.
- The Senior Project Manager will also be working closely with multiple areas of North American Honda – American Honda and Canadian Honda business units (Sales, Parts, Service, Finance etc.), in addition to managing other vendor suppliers.
