- You will Manage procurement process in terms of understanding requirements technically, and finding suppliers, handling commercial negotiations
- Work on Techno-commercial evaluation of bids or quotes from suppliers based on total cost of ownership (TCO) model.
- You will actively Derive correct commercial constructs in the deal.
- Need to Identify cost saving areas for the category
- Make Purchase Order, and Prepare deal summary sheets with comprehensive contract terms and work to seek approvals from authorities to proceed with Ordering.
- Provide Timely updation of Expense Tracker & Renewals Tracker. Managing Vendor database, and new vendor development.
- Take Follow up for delivery of materials and ensure on time supplies
- Support company’s vendor Invoice verification process & get timely rectified from vendors
- Check IT Opex & Capex Budgeting – Forecasting and also expenditure control
- In this role, the candidate will assist the Project Managers and also colleagues with material delivery, develop and update vendors and their product catalogues; and also develop a centralized vendor management program that will add value and efficiency to the organization.
- You will also have the responsibility to develop and implement procedures, work on the systems that support the company’s timely acquisition and their materials management of goods & services alongside with the procurement team and contribute to overall business objectives.

- You will Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors, also meet suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, need to negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
- Conduct regular follow ups with all existing vendors on material delivery as per the committed timelines and expedite as per project deliveries.
- Conduct manual research on available vendors to determine competitive vendors at optimum quality.
- Implement vendor selection process and programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
- Conduct online and offline interviews with new vendors and provide information approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
- Establishing standards by which you assess the performance of approved vendors. Also Create vendor management programs and also identify continuous improvement programs.

- Have an Experience in buying IT products, Cloud Providers Services, IT Security Products, Also, ISP Connectivity and hiring of Software Application Development vendors
- Have an Experience in Software and Services Contract Agreement Negotiations would be preferred
- Have the Knowledge of factors (taxes, duties etc) affecting the pricing for various IT Components
- Must be Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, specially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint to make various price comparatives, and derive TCO model and presentations to the management.
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Must be well versed with Procurement & Contracting operations (PR-to-PO and Procure-to-pay Process); Vendor evaluation process
- Have the Strong negotiator with ability to demonstrate solid savings
- Must be Self -motivated and high attention to detail
- Have the Ability to effectively work in cross-functional work groups
- Must be Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with demonstrated follow-up skills
