- Company is Seeking a skilled Content writer to manage standard RFP deliverables.
- The position will also be responsible for coordinating the standard RFPs process across all vehicles (separate accounts, mutual funds, placements accounts, and ETFs). Deliverable list will align with Invesco’s priorities.
- You will Manage multiple projects at once. Also work on Deliverable list will span 50+ items across all of Invesco’s investment capabilities, covering all asset classes.
- You need to Provide reporting on deliverable status including a publication calendar and a project tracker
- Work with various SMEs to complete the project (coordination with RFP specialists, product managers, SMEs, and compliance). Familiarity with Red Oak compliance system preferred
- Create and complete all projects within RFPIO, Invesco’s content management system
- Ensure content updates are made within RFPIO after approval, aligning with Invesco style guide, coordinating with Content Strategy team as required
- Work on Familiarity with AP Style guide
- Have SharePoint and Excel experience a plus
