- You will Respond to requests for technical assistance by call, email, chat or using the Service Desk management system.
- Will Enter and manage all incidents and tasks , problems in the incident management system and work as a liaison between customers and technical escalation teams.

- Have Bachelor of Engineering – Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology – Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications
- Having An ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential. And MCP certification would be desirable
- Have Knowledge in the ServiceNow tool would be desirable
- Having Strong troubleshooting knowledge in Wired, and VPN Network Active Directory and Office applications.
- Have Proven experience as a help desk technician and other customer support role (2+years of experience)

- Must be Willing to work any shift, especially in night shifts and also sometimes weekend shifts.
