- Build very strong partnerships with sourcing and recruiting peers to ensure robust, strong and representative pipelines.
- Create and drive a hiring strategy that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and strong client-candidate satisfaction.
- Closely Coordinate with HR Business Partner and stakeholders to ensure the proper delivery of HR initiatives
