Mobikwik Recruitment 2022 – Job Description
- You will assist in regulatory compliance RBI/NPCI/IRDA/AMFI. Liaison with the regulators as and when required.
- Keeping a tab on all relevant regulations of RBI/NPCI/IRDA/AMFI and cascade relevant updates in the Company for the same.
- work with external lawyers for all litigation matters, legal notices -criminal/ arbitration/civil matters/NCLT matters including taking regular updates, assist in forming litigation strategy. Vetting complaints, replies, rejoinders, written statements for litigation.
- Providing legal opinion & advises about mandatory registrations and compliance under RBI/NPCI/IRDA/SEBI
- Drafting, vetting and reviewing vendor agreements, NDAs, lending and insurance agreements.
- Analyze various business proposals/ transactions in the legal context.
- Work closely with various internal departments for all types of contractual requirements, legal advisory, evaluating and highlighting legal risks and compliance risk for various business.
- Assist in legal compliance specifically labour laws compliance, filings, proceedings etc. .
- Assist in legal disputes, handling court case including coordinating with external counsels and managing any pro- active litigation filed by the Company independently.

- Hold a law degree from a top law school

- Good in legal research and analysis.
