- You will be required to Develop and execute strategy for hunting, outreach, attracting and onboarding deserving, professional and qualified innovative entrepreneurs and start-ups in the Payment space.
- Work to Qualify and evaluate applicants for their creativity and innovation in the Payment Domain
- Provide better support to entrepreneurs across ideation, acceleration, management, investment and scale-up stage.
- Ensure tight and strong management of milestones and progress of Proof of concept and also work on Projects as part of engagement with Startups

- Responsible for Conducting Ideathon
- As a business analyst you will be Deducing the problem statement in the information security system and domain
- Work on POC life cycle management
- Manage Dashboard system on monthly basis
- Highly Engage with technical teams to assist in conceptualization of new business research areas and technologies in NPCI
- Responsible for Publishing Whitepaper and Research Articles
- Intricately involved in running analytical experiments with new methodical manner and regularly evaluate best alternative methods via theoretical approaches.
NPCI Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have a B.E / B-Tech
- Must be Bachelors: Batch 2021 or 2022 Pass Out
- Eligibility criteria : 10th 75%, 12th 65% & B-Tech – 60%
- Have an Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Must possess Knowledge in OS(Linux),TCP/IP, routing protocols, switches, load balancers and VLAN.
- Ability to design and develop software system (business requirements is preferred)
- Have the Knowledge of data models Spark, Spark SQL, Spark and Hive programming.
- In depth understanding about Machine learning, Deep learning and NLP algorithms.
- Have an Understanding of Blockchain fundamentals, contracts, consensus algorithms
- Can Develop POC / Run Pilot on selected blockchain platform
- Have the Basic knowledge in fundamentals of cloud computing, virtualization and OpenStack.
- Have Good understanding about Containers, Open-Shift / Kubernetes.
- Must be Good with data sampling and data mining techniques to build models on skewed data sets.
- Must have an Engineering degree with 3-8 years of relevant work experience with research skills and Post graduate with preferably MBA degree.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience working in Information Security. Must be Fintech and Software infrastructure domain.
- Can have Demonstrated ability to cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships with start-ups, mentors, universities, research institutions, industry experts, chamber of commerce & industries, state & central government, association and angel investors
