  • You will Responsible for developing and growing companies business in the renewable segment in the assigned region. 
  • Responsible for achieving the company’s market and sales target in the renewable energy segment.
  • Meeting top officials, and operation level officials in targeted renewable enterprises, prepare them on the company’s innovative solutions and help them in upgrading technical specifications in their procurement requirements. 
  • Work closely with consultants and other industries stakeholders for strengthening the company’s market presence.
  • Track solar and projects and meet relevant stakeholders. Ensure we are involved in the project bidding as well as execution stage.
  • Check and Prepare execution plan for achieving company’s objectives and objectives in renewable energy segment in consultation with the Reporting manager.
  • Submit monthlyreports on progress in achieving the company’s goals and objectives to the Reporting manager. Keeping track of growth and developments in the renewable segment and recommending action plan and course correction for execution strategy based on his experience and current market feedback.

  • Working with Marketing department for aligning and maintain combining sales efforts suitable to Market demands and participation in Marketing initiatives
  • Implementing sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drives revenue generation for the business. 
  • Work with the Reporting manager for creating and implementing sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set the  KPIs for the business.
  • Monitoring the brand and making forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it of its competition in the renewable segment.
  • Building strong relationships with all the external partners and consumers and regularly interacting with them by attending sales workshops and hosting events, hosting sales events for the business’s product, playing a good role in industry organizations and so forth.
  • Participates in Monthly and Annual reviews with Reporting manager.


Motwane Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria


  • Have Excellent Sales, customer relationship skills
  • Have Extensive knowledge of the Indian renewable market segment.
  • Have Good communication 
  • At Least More than 5 Years in Sales 
  • Have More than 3 Years in selling technology products in Renewable Energy segment
  • Have Knowledge and experience in selling transformer testing, transformer condition monitoring, IoT based solutions in all renewable segment will be added advantage
