Syngene Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to Manage Sample Banking System: sample registration, tracking, destruction, shipping back to BMS
- Maintain Coordinator for Clinical Samples with CROs and BMS, work on sample details, communication with CROs and BMS protocol manager for clinical report, organize kick-off meetings with all stakeholders
- Manage regulatory activities for ICMR and also other regulators, applications: coordinate with CROs, BMS protocol managers and together Syngene for tracking and filing applications and follow up
- Check Logistics for clinical sample import and export and as well as local shipments of clinical blood coordinate with each tech lead, supply chain and CRO manager
- Logistics and coordination for exchange of bio samples as part of R&D activities with collaborators
- You will be Managing internal ordering of reagents and also coordinating procurement of consumables from day stores
- Responsible for Handling SAP for ordering from external vendors
- You will Manage documentation related to various functions in inter departmental and external collaborations.
- You will Assist with sample processing in TS
- Work closely with the manager to track TRD projects and also manage documentation related to external collaborations.
Syngene Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have Sound knowledge of use of computers, MS excel, use of biorepository software,
- Have Basics of sample processing and biosafety requirements, inventory management, Knowledge about all the regulatory requirements will be an added advantage
- Should Having M.Sc/B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent
- Have an Experience as a documentation person working for GxP environment dealing with multiple documentation and also procurements.
- Familiar with all the documentation requirements such MoA, specification, Report, protocol preparation for Analytical R&D.
- Monitor and maintain all consumables required for analytical development labs.
- Must Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with cross functional teams like IT, DQA,Purchase, Finance as per job requirement.
